Salil Parekh on why he thinks this may be Infosys’s best year

BENGALURU: Strong global demand for technology services is boosting prospects for InfosysNSE -0.33 %, according to its CEO Salil Parekh, who has successfully steered the return of India’s second-largest software exporter to double-digit growth.

In his first interview after being absolved of all charges of financial malfeasance made by anonymous whistleblowers, Parekh said Infosys has “pivoted into a digital jetstream that is moving quite well. We need to keep executing on it”. The company has hiked its growth forecast twice in this financial year.
