Salesforce ecosystem can generate $66.4 billion in new business revenue by 2026: IDC

Cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) provider Salesforce and its partner ecosystem could generate $66.4 billion in new business revenue between 2020 and 2026 and create 1.3 million direct and indirect jobs in India, the International Data Corporation (IDC) said.

The growth of cloud software will drive economic benefits in India, growing 22% from $2.6 billion in 2020 to $8.5 billion in 2026, it said in a whitepaper titled, ‘The Salesforce Economic Impact: 9 Million New Jobs by 2026, $1.6 Trillion of New Revenues for Customers’.
