SaaS startup Uniphore in talks with US investors, others for $80 million

Mumbai: Uniphore, which provides software as a service (SaaS), is looking to raise $50-80 million from new and existing investors and some US-based investors are in talks to invest in the company, three people with direct knowledge of the matter said. The current round values the company at around $650-700 million.

The Chiratae Ventures and Iron Pillar-backed company will use the funds to build a war chest for acquisitions and for general business purposes, they said.
