Rs 3.7 crore: Annual salary being offered by ChatGPT maker OpenAI for these roles

OpenAI, the company that created the powerful AI language model ChatGPT, is now hiring and offering up to Rs 3.7 crore annual salary for top talent. The company is looking for researchers, engineers, and scientists with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. Jan Leike, head of superalignment at OpenAI, revealed this in “The 80,000 Hours” podcast.

Leike also spoke about the skills OpenAI is looking for in research engineers and scientists. He said that knowledge of machine learning, a good handle on coding and critical thinking are essential.
