Rs 1,400 crore ITI FPO subscribed 10% at the start of third & last day

NEW DELHI: The Rs 1,400 crore follow-on public offer (FPO) of ITI got 10 per cent subscription on Day 3 of the bidding process.

In the Rs 72-77 price band, the FPO has received bids for 1,75,30,050 shares so far compared with the issue size of 18,18,00,000 equity shares. The issues will close later on Tuesday.

By 10.45 am, the QIB portion of the issue was subscribed 5 per cent while the non-institutional quota limit was subscribed 1 per cent. The Rs 138.6 crore portion reserved for retail individual investors was subscribed 56 per cent. The employee portion was subscribed 20 per cent.
