Roopa Kudva retires from Infosys board

BENGALURU: Roopa Kudva has retired as independent director on InfosysNSE -1.51 %’ board after the completion of her tenure.

Kudva was appointed as independent director from February 4, 2015 until February 3, 2020.

“Consequent to her retirement, the composition of the Board and its Committees continue to be in compliance with the requirements of applicable laws,” Infosys told the Bombay Stock Exchange.
