RFPIO is now Responsive.io

CHENNAI: RFPIO, a US and Coimbatore-based response management software maker, has rebranded itself to ‘Responsive.io,’ the company said on Tuesday.

Originally launched as a tool to support teams digitizing the ‘request for proposal (RFP)’ document, the company says its use cases have now significantly expanded across the response management segment.

Responsive now has nearly 2,000 customers including 20% of the Fortune 100, and more than 300,000 users, co-founder Ganesh Shankar said. “These companies are using our SaaS platform to handle a broad set of response use cases ranging from RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, security questionnaires, due diligence questionnaires, and other ad hoc requests for information,” he added.
