Republic TV TRP case: Hansa Vision denies claims of illegal transactions with ARG Outlier Media

Mumbai: Hansa Vision has rejected claims by the Mumbai Police that it was involved in illegal financial transactions with ARG Outlier Media, the owner of Republic TV, in connection with the alleged manipulation of television viewership ratings.

Hansa denied the allegations in a statement on Friday, days after the Mumbai Police said it is probing a money trail of transactions between a Hansa group company and ARG Outlier Media, which operates Republic TV.

The Mumbai Police is investigating the alleged manipulation of television rating points (TRP) by certain channels and others.
