‘Remove dead cables by Dec’

NEW DELHI: Urban development minister Firhad Hakim has given a December deadline to cable operators in Kolkata to remove dead cables. The operators claimed more than half of the cables, which mostly belong to telecom companies and internet providers, are dead.
