Reliance Jio to offer 1-year of free Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription to customers: Report

NEW DELHI: Telecom operator Reliance Jio has teased a bundle offer which will include a Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for one year, as reported by NDTV Gadgets360.

Though the telco had provided HotStar Premium subscriptions in the past as well, however, this will be the first time that Jio customers will be able to get the annual Disney+ Hotstart VIP subscription for a price of Rs 399 a year.

The subscription will enable users to access Disney+ content library, including shows, movies, and kids content alongside content exclusive to HotStar including cricket shows, Premium League, and Formula 1.

However, there’s a catch as the telco has not yet revealed whether the plan will be limited to specific plans, and neither it has provided any details about the launch date. As of now, the teaser banner only mentions “coming soon”.
