Reliance Jio brings back Rs 4,999 plan: What’s new
NEW DELHI: Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio has re-introduced its long term plan of Rs 4,999. The company introduced then plan for the first time in 2017 and it was discounted later.
However, now prepaid users of Reliance Jio can recharge their number with Rs 4,999 to enjoy yearly benefits. As part of Rs 4,999 plan Reliance Jio will offer a total of 350GB data and 100 SMS per day. Users will get unlimited calling facility to other Jio connections and 12000 minutes for calling other networks.
This long term plan comes with the validity of 360 days and users will also get free access to other Reliance Jio apps which include JioTV, JioCinema, and others.
This long term plan from Reliance Jio will compete against the Rs 2,398 annual plan from Airtel. Airtel offers 1.5GB data and 100 SMS per day with unlimited calling under the plan, which comes with the validity of 365 days.
