Reliance AGM on 24 June: From Jio 5G smartphone to affordable laptop, what to expect

New Delhi: Reliance Industries Ltd has announced the date for its Annual General Meeting. The company, in a letter to stock exchanges, has announced that the AGM will be conducted on 24 June at 2 PM. Similar to last year’s event, the AGM will be conducted virtually. The event can be live-streamed through YouTube for general public and shareholders can view it through Google meet.

At the AGM, Reliance is expected to expand its foothold in digital services not only by venturing into 5G but also through a few hardware launches. Reliance is expected to introduce a new Jio 5G phone, built in collaboration with Google. The company might also introduce a new affordable laptop to tap into the massive demand for work from home machines.
