Redmi 9 Prime with 5,020mAh battery, MediaTek Helio G80 chipset launched in India
Xiaomi today launched its Redmi 9 Prime smartphone. The new budget phone comes with four rear cameras, and MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset.
Redmi 9 Prime is priced at ₹9,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It also comes with 128GB storage which carries a price tag of ₹11,999. Redmi 9 Prime will be available on August 6 during Amazon’s Prime Day sale and mi.com. It will go on sale across other platforms soon.
The smartphone has a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass layered on top. It runs on MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset paired with ARM Mali-G52 GPU for graphics. Redmi 9 Prime comes with P2i coating for splash resistance.
