Realme’s new 12 Pro Plus teaser takes a sly dig at Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus’ 200MP camera

It’s time to move beyond 200 megapixels on to seemingly greener periscope pastures, a new Realme post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, signals. Obviously, it’s to hype the company’s next smartphone, possibly the 12 Pro Plus, which is set to be headlined by a periscope style zoom camera, but the timing of the post couldn’t be more “strategic.”

One can argue that Realme’s post and product page on its website are simply indicative of the gen-over-gen upgrade coming to its products and how the technology it is currently toying with is perhaps better than everything that came before.
