Realme smartphone with 240W fast charging to launch on August 28

Realme unveiled its upcoming flagship smartphone, the GT5 at MWC in February. The smartphone supports a whopping 240W fast charging capabilities. The Chinese smartphone maker has now officially confirmed the launch date of the much-anticipated Realme GT5. The company is set to celebrate its 5th anniversary on August 28. In a Weibo post (spotted by FoneArena), Realme CEO Sky Li confirmed that the GT5 smartphone will launch at an event in China on the same date.

Realme has already confirmed that the GT5 smartphone will support 240W fast charging and will offer up to 1TB of storage. Earlier rumours suggest that the phone will feature a flat 1.5K AMOLED 144Hz screen.
