Realme is coming to eat Redmi’s lunch with brand-new Note series

Realme is coming to eat Redmi’s lunch. The Oppo spin-off whose very conception seemed like it was meant to counter Redmi’s meteoric rise in markets like India, now wants to take on competition more directly with its upcoming Note series. Now the “note” branding isn’t a Redmi exclusive, there are other brands who do it, too, like Infinix (and those who don’t do it anymore, like Samsung) but, c’mon, can it get any more obvious?

Realme founder and CEO, Sky Li, has teased the imminent launch of the Realme Note series while Francis Wong, CEO of Realme Europe has separately shared the reasoning why it would exist.
