Rapido stops services in Maharashtra after HC directive

The Bombay High Court has ordered ride-hailing company Rapido to stop services in Maharashtra until January 20 as the state government has yet to provide a licence for it to operate in the state.

The High Court directed the company to suspend services by 1 pm on Friday, following which the Bengaluru-based company said it had suspended its operations.
