Qualcomm, Lenovo launch 5G PC

NEW DELHI: Qualcomm Technologies Tuesday launched fifth-generation or 5G PC with Lenovo at the COMPUTEX.

Project Limitless is powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform and is the world’s first 7nm platform purpose-built for PCs that offers 5G connectivity, the US-based company in a statement said.

The collaboration with Chinese Lenovo by chipmaker comes on the backdrop of efforts by many telecom carriers to bring 5G by 2020.
