Pro-immigration regime may be more balanced

Pune: Joe Biden as the next US President may not directly translate into a more liberal H-1B visa regime, said policy experts.

While Biden has spoken up against the changes introduced to the visa policy by the Trump administration and is expected to reverse those, he has also called for wage-based reform to protect American workers.
