Postpaid users to make up 12% of India’s mobile user base in FY24 vs 8% now: Crisil

Kolkata: The share of postpaid users in India’s overall mobile user base is set to jump some 400 basis points (bps) to 12% in FY24, on the back of India’s top two telcos recently bolstering their postpaid schemes with unlimited 5G data offers and diverse OTT content, ratings agency, Crisil said.
