Poco X6 Pro will ship with Xiaomi HyperOS, Poco confirms on Redmi Note 13 series launch day


Turns out Poco will launch the world’s— and presumably India’s— first smartphone with Xiaomi’s HyperOS software right out of the gate. Poco’s global wing has confirmed on X, the platform previously known as Twitter, that the Poco X6 Pro will be powered by HyperOS ahead of its international unveiling on January 11. The phone is launching in India on the same day and so, it’s safe to assume that the India-bound model will get it, too.

The Redmi K70E which is largely expected to be rebranded as the Poco X6 Pro for global markets, India included, ships with HyperOS in Xiaomi’s home market and so the news hardly comes as a surprise if you’re keeping track.
