Play My Email feature is now available on Android version of Outlook app
Microsoft has been adding several new features and functionalities to its Android ecosystem apps such as Bing, Outlook and others. The tech giant has now rolled out a new feature to its Outlook app that reads all the latest unread emails. That being said, users can now simply choose to automatically read all the unread messages in the Outlook app.
According to the company, the Play My Email feature on Outlook is a server-side change and it will automatically reflect in the app depending upon the region you are in. Also, the Play My Email feature not only reads all the unread messages, it can also read all the upcoming events and more. Users can even choose to accept or deny an event invitations, create a new email-based calendar event all by voice commands.
To use this feature, users simply need to tap on the on-screen prompt and that’s it. Cortana, the company’s digital assistant with the help of Artificial Intelligence will read all the recently received unread emails on-by-one with the sender’s name and time of the email.
