Planning to buy a new iPhone 14 Pro? Foxconn may have good news for you
The wait time the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max is at an all-time high. But, the wait to get a new iPhone Pro may reduce in the future, as Foxconn expects to resume production in full swing at its Zhengzhou plant later this month or early January, as Reuters reports.
A few weeks ago, in late October, several workers reportedly left the Foxconn facility in Zhengzhou over food shortage and strict COVID-19 protocols, faltering the supply of iPhone 14 Pro models.
Later, a violent protest broke in at the iPhone City, forcing Foxconn, Apple’s most prominent manufacturing partner, to let go of workers, leaving it with a reduced workforce, top of a strict lockdown further deepened the shortage issue for Apple.
