Philips-branded feature phones launched by TPV in India; inks manufacturing deal with Padget

NEW DELHI; TPV Technology on Friday forayed into the Indian handset market in association with Padget as its manufacturing partner and has launched Philips branded feature phones. The company has also signed up Beetel as a national distributor.

It has launched three Philips E series feature phones — Xenium E209, Xenium E125, and Philips E102A priced Rs 1,399 to Rs 2,999. The devices will be available across leading e-commerce platforms and offine channels across the country.

The brand plans to launch three more feature phones and enter the mobile accessories category with the launch of power banks, wall chargers, and cables by the end-2021.
