Panel in place to modernise Mohali Semiconductor Lab: official

Modernisation of the Semiconductor Lab (SCL) in Mohali is underway and a committee has been formed to assess the bidders, a senior government official told ET.

On September 22, the ministry of electronics & information technology (MeitY) issued an expression of interest (EoI) seeking commercial and technology players with necessary technological and operational expertise to modernise SCL.
