OTT players bet big on tie-ups to get the edge
A hyper-competitive video streaming space with over 35 services has made India a peculiar market for overthe-top (OTT) players.
As all of these rivals try to grab eyeballs, some interesting partnerships are being forged or and others being explored.
Times Internet-owned MX Players already have content tie-ups with Sony Liv, Arré and Hoichoi, while Disney Indiaowned Hotstar has in-app partnership with Reliance Jio and content tie up with Hooq.
