OTT Platforms

Trai has come out with its recommendations on the Over The Top (OTT) platforms. Trai in the recommendations said that there is no need for any regulatory intervention for the OTT platforms at the moment. But the development should be monitored and intervention should be done at the appropriate time. Also, it should be looked on when more clarity emerges globally and particularly under the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
