Oppo says products can now be delivered at home via WhatsApp text

NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Oppo Monday said its products can now be delivered at home with a text message on the WhatsApp application.

“Starting today, customers can order any Oppo product with just one WhatsApp text stating the name of the state along with Pincode on +91-9871502777 and receive a call back from the nearest retail stores,” it said.

The rationale for enabling home delivery of products is to strengthen the omnichannel strategy and to support local store and mainline partners to sell Oppo products via WhatsApp, as per the company.
