Oppo launches MyOppoApp to help users seek direct support from community members
NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Oppo Thursday launched MyOPPOApp to help its users in seeking support for queries from the Oppo Community.
“This interactive app will allow Oppo users to come together to share experiences and get direct and immediate service support along with quick access to the Oppo community to enjoy many benefits,” the smartphone maker said in a statement.
Through the app, Oppo said its users will be able to conveniently find information about products, including tips and tricks, ownership advice, and others.
The MyOppoApp will also enable direct interaction with Oppo’s service team instead of using third-party social platforms.
