Open RAN vendor Airspan Networks latest to cut jobs
NEW DELHI: Open Radio Access Network (Open RAN) gear vendor Airspan Networks has cut some jobs. To this extent, it recorded a charge of approximately $3 million, according to its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
“In the second quarter of 2023, as part of a strategic review of our operations, the Company implemented a cost reduction and restructuring program (the “2023 Restructuring Program”). The 2023 Restructuring Program was primarily comprised of entering into severance and termination agreements with employees,” Airspan said in its regulatory filing.
