Open offer begins for Den Networks, GTPL

The mandatory open offer to the shareholders of GTPL Hathway and Den Networks from Reliance Industries (through Jio Content Distribution Holdings Pvt Ltd, and others) opens for subscription on Friday and closes on February 22.
