OnMobile completes 100% acquisition of AI-powered visual retention firm rob0

NEW DELHI: OnMobile Global (“OnMobile”) Friday said it has completed a 100% acquisition of AI-powered visual retention company rob0, through its subsidiary OnMobile Global Solutions Canada Ltd., following an initial acquisition of 25% equity stake in May 2020.

Incorporated in February 2019, rob0 gathers, analyses, and provides smart insights that help understand user behavior, gameplay optimization, and increase player retention.

Apart from acquiring rob0, OnMobile has previously acquired Appland AB, Sweden (in October 2018), which will form the foundation of the creation of ONMO, the D2C mobile cloud-gaming platform.

Alongside, OnMobile has hired a team of product managers, engineers, and marketers who are jointly collaborating for the development of ONMO.
