OnePlus Nord will come with Google Phone Messages and Duo as default apps
BBK-owned smartphone brand OnePlus has been talking about the upcoming Oneplus Nord smartphone since weeks revealing key information about it.
The latest information that has been confirmed is that the Oneplus Nord will come pre-loaded with some Google apps as its default app. This was revealed through a small video on Instagram.
As per the clip, the Oneplus Nord smartphone will come with three Google apps as its default — Phone, Messages and Google Duo. Previous handsets from the Chinese brand have had the custom dialler and Messages app but this will be a first. In its video Oneplus has said, “We thought we were the smoothest Android experience out there. But then Google gave us Duo, Phone and Messages.”
The handset, which is set to launch tomorrow, along with the company’s first truly wireless earbuds, has been in the news for a long time now with too many key details known at this point. The smartphone is set to be priced under $500 (approximately Rs 37,000) and will come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765g 5G processor.
