OnePlus may now launch 4 smartphones every year

OnePlus deviated from its ‘one-flagship-a-year’ strategy when it introduced two flagship smartphones — OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro — instead of one. And it seems that it is a practice that the company plans to adopt moving forward.

In an exclusive interaction with The Times of India-Gadgets Now, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau said, “I think moving forward we are going to — at least for now — stick with current strategy by introducing two products; wherein one will be affordable and the other one be priced higher.” In a way the company confirmed that it is not going to let go off the value-for-money flagship segment any time soon.
