ONDC to make e-commerce inclusive, accessible for consumers: Govt to Parliament

Minister of state for commerce and industry Som Parkash told Lok Sabha that consumers from local areas can also actively participate in the new Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), which is expected to make e-commerce more inclusive and accessible for consumers.

“Consumers can potentially discover any seller, product or service by using any compatible application or platform, thus increasing freedom of choice for consumers,” he said in a written reply.
