Offline retailers say Xiaomi deliberately diverting customers to eCommerce sites

NEW DELHI: Mobile retailers have accused Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi of deliberately ignoring mainline customers and alleged that Xiaomi is deliberately attempting to divert them to online portals i.e., Mi.com and Flipkart.

Retailers said their profitability has been hit by the lockdown and a lack of supply of new handsets will further crumble their businesses.
