NTIPRIT launches online course to train and certify officers in network security

The National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovation and Training (NTIPRIT), the premier training institute of the Department of Telecommunications, has launched an online certificate course on network security on the occasion of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day on Monday (May 17).

This is a 36-hour course spread over 12 weeks to train and certify Officers in network security and is the first of its kind in India. While the course is intended for DoT officials, it is proposed to be extended to cover other officials in the related departments of the government and gradually those in the private sector, the Ministry of Communications said.
