Now you can stream apps from your Android phone to Chromebooks, here’s how
Google has announced the availability of app streaming through Phone Hub in ChromeOS Beta. The feature lets you access various Android apps on your Chromebook through a separate window.
Google has listed on its support page that app streaming is available for devices running Android version 13 or later and Pixel 4A and higher. However, for non-Pixel phones, app streaming is only compatible with Xiaomi 12T, 12T Pro, 13, and 13 Pro, which are running Android 13 or later.
When Phone Hub is enabled, you can check your phone notifications, locate open tabs, and stream apps from your mobile Chrome browser to your Chromebook.
