Now you can share your WhatsApp Status as Facebook and Instagram stories

Facebook-owned messaging platform WhatsApp has introduced a new feature on WhatsApp that will allow you to share WhatsApp status messages as Facebook stories on both Android and iOS app. The feature was previously was being tested by Facebook for quite some time and it is finally available now. This means whatever status you post on WhatsApp can be cross posted as Instagram and Facebook stories. So, you are no longer required to post the same story separately on the three platforms. You can just post it on WhatsApp first and share the same on Facebook and Instagram.
The new WhatsApp feature will also allow to share status messages to Gmail and Google Photos as well. The new feature will be implemented by using the available data sharing API and of course, the accounts will not get linked. Another feature in WhatsApp will enable users to hide the section that lists all muted status updates.
