Nothing Phone (2) users to get Android 14 update soon

Google launched several new products — including the Pixel smartphone and the Pixel Watch 2– at the “Made by Google” event last week. Soon after introducing new devices, the tech giant also rolled out the first stable version of its latest Android operating system, Android 14 for Pixel phones. Google has also pushed the stable update’s source to the AOSP project. The company has also confirmed that the update would be extended to other phone-making brands like Nothing.

The Carl Pei-led company has shared a new post on social media platform X, In this post, Nothing has confirmed that it is set to roll out the Nothing OS 2.5 Open Beta 1 for Phone (2) users. The company also mentioned that the upcoming update will be rolled out soon.

Nothing launched its latest smartphone, the Phone (2) in July. The smartphone runs on Nothing OS 2.0 which is based on Android 13.
