North Eastern Council launches launches ‘5G Experience Centre’ in Guwahati

The Minister of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), G Kishan Reddy, officially opened the “5G Experience Centre at Tech City” in Guwahati. This project is a joint effort between the North Eastern Council, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Government of India, and AMTRON, Government of Assam. The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is also promoting the development of 5G applications in the North Eastern Region.

At the event, the Minister inaugurated the ‘Skill on Wheels’ initiative by TSSC, which seeks to improve the skills of individuals and grant them certification for various telecom industry positions through NCVET Certified Courses provided by TSSC.
