Nokia’s Bell Labs Consulting to develop nationwide 5G SA network design for NOW Telecom

NEW DELHI: Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia’s Bell Labs Consulting has been selected by Philippines-based NOW Telecom to develop a nationwide network design for 5G standalone (SA), and design and plan for a national broadband network.

Under the agreement, Nokia said in a statement Wednesday, that it will also design and implement a pilot 5G network at multiple sites in Metro Manila.
