Nokia to allow employees to work remotely for up to three days a week
NEW DELHI: Finnish telecoms gear maker Nokia has strengthened its flexible working practices for its employees and will allow remote working up to three days a week starting January 1, 2022. It has also increased support for flexible working hours and fully virtual working.
Meanwhile, its existing Covid-19 work from home policy will remain in effect globally until the end of 2021.
The updated guidelines, Nokia said are based on a company-wide survey it conducted in December 2020 to guide its post-pandemic planning and captured feedback from 26,000 employees about their working preferences post-pandemic.
