Nokia launches networking solution to help customers utilize unlicensed spectrum for private 4.9G/LTE
NEW DELHI: Finnish telecoms gear maker Nokia Wednesday said its MultiFire Alliance (MFA) certified 4.9G/LTE private wireless networking solution– the MulteFire router 700 user equipment (UE)– is now available for deployment with Nokia Digital Automation Cloud.
Nokia said its MulteFire private wireless solution is suitable for both, permanent networking and temporary deployments, such as in sporting, media broadcasting, and other use cases.
MulteFire is an LTE-based technology that operates in unlicensed spectrum, including the global 5GHz band.
