Nokia bags managed security services, optical network modernization deal from T-Mobile

NEW DELHI: Finland’s Nokia Thursday said it has inked a strategic partnership deal with T-Mobile Netherlands to secure the telco’s fixed and mobile networks against cyber threats and to deliver a service-centric optical network over the time period of five years.

To improve network security, T-Mobile will use Nokia’s Managed Security Services, while Nokia will use its NetGuard Audit Compliance Manager to continuously audit and remediate security configurations of T-Mobile Netherlands, as per an official statement.
