No layoffs at TCS: Indian IT giant to give salary hike to employees soon

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in India is not planning any layoffs. Instead, the company intends to announce a salary hike soon. While all of the international tech behemoths such as Google, Meta, Twitter, and Amazon are laying off workers due to macroeconomic conditions, TCS, India’s largest information technology services exporter, has confirmed that it will not lay off any workers.
