Immoveable property return (IPR) filed by Nitishwar Kumar, the private secretary to the telecom minister Manoj Sinha, shows that ten properties are registered in his wife’s name and one in his daughter’s name: Two plots in Noida, 1 plot in Greater Noida, 2 plots & a house in Ghaziabad, 2 plots in Kanpur, 2 houses in Lucknow, and 1 plot in Hapur. Barring the plot in Hapur, which is registered in his daughter’s name, all the other properties are registered in his wife’s name. But none is registered in his own name.
