Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), the IT sector employees union, has submitted a letter to the Ministry of Labour and Employment, requesting them to take necessary action regarding the delay in joining process of more than 2,000 campus hires at Wipro.
“Livelihood of 1000s of students and employees is now jeopardised. These students applied for a job in Wipro around September 21,” NITES wrote in a letter dated September 24. ET has a copy of the letter.
