New update will let you hide your WhatsApp ‘Last Seen’ from selected contacts

Facebook-owned, recently renamed as Meta, is working on some key features for WhatsApp to maintain a strong hold in the market as the competition in the tech world increases. According to recent reports, the tech giant is currently working on a feature that will let users hide their ‘Last Seen’ from specific people.

The instant messaging platform already has a bet version of WhatsApp for Android users that has an option to hide ‘Last Seen’ status from a select group of people.

The feature has been in active development for a few months at this point, and now it’s finally live for a subset of those part of the beta programme, according to the report.
