Netflix announces most popular shows and movies in 2022. Check full list

As part of its Tuesday release of fresh Netflix top 10 data, the streaming service has issued four top 10 lists reflecting on their best successes of 2022. Here is a look over all four lists which tell us which Netflix movies and shows were the most popular in 2022.

In addition to these top ten lists, Netflix released a few other statistics, such as the fact that “Netflix members watched an average of six different genres per month” and that the service dominated the Nielsen charts, claiming “the #1 original series 46 out of 48 weeks this year and nearly half of the #1 weekly movie spot on streaming”.
